I manage a team of eight volunteers and am building up a network of local writers and photographers. Working with a friend, I’ve changed the style to make the tone positive and empowering; turned random bits of information into a useful local directory; and revamped the design to make the magazine more lively and readable. I’ve also built a mailing list to send out copy reminders.
I write articles, do interviews, take photographs, research news, compile information, solve production problems and liaise with printers.
Built website sawstonscene.org – have also built robertrice.co.uk and (with help) ifagiolini.com for friends.
